Dr.Jimsha Mithunjith completed her undergraduate degree (BDS) ,from the Mahatma Gandhi Government Postgraduate institute(2008), Puducherry. She completed her masters degree (MDS) in the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in the year 2013 from the same Institution. She joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology in her alma-mater in 2013.She was subsequently promoted as Associate Professor in the year 2020. She has won three best scientific research paper awards at the national level. She is currently actively involved in the collaborative research in a few projects. She attended various hands-on courses in the field of oral radiology & also have cleared the certified courses provided by ICMR. She is an active member of reviewing committee in the IAOMR journal. She has 53 publications in peer reviewed high impact factor journals.

Dr.Jimsha plays a major role in the diagnosis of the aberrant oral conditions, screening & diagnosis of Oral cancer in Karewell dentaire.
